Jeff Siebold, CCIM, MAI

Jeff Siebold has been involved in investment real estate since 1980, when he purchased his first apartment complex. He began a full time career in commercial and investment real estate in 1986.

Mr. Siebold holds an MBA degree from a small private college in south Florida. He has bought, sold, brokered, managed, and consulted in the field of investment real estate for over 20 years. Among other accomplishments in this field, Mr. Siebold was a consultant to Teachers Retirement System, a $10 Billion pension fund. He works regularly with REIT clients, and focuses most of his attention of the multifamily housing sector, across the mid-south.

In 1988, Mr. Siebold earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Along with investing and brokerage activity, Mr. Siebold taught the CCIM curriculum for eight years, from 1988 through 1996, and participated materially in course rewrites, and curriculum development. He was very active in CCIM National Leadership at that time, Chaired several committees, and sat on the CCIM Governing Board. Later Mr. Siebold went on to be a Chapter President and a Regional Vice President for that organization.

In 2003, Mr. Siebold completed the requirements necessary to earn the designation of Member, Appraisal Institute (MAI). He presently conducts Market Feasibility Studies and Appraisals for multifamily properties across the country, and is HUD Certified as an expert in the HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) programs, including the 221(d)(4).
